Delete Account

You can request to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted from DispatchIQ.

What data will be deleted:

  • Your personal profile and contact information
  • Your driver profile and history
  • Your login credentials
  • App preferences and settings

Note: Some transactional data (like completed shipments or invoices) may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by law.
